I looked for along time for some wellingtons that I can get into! The calf is always too small so either my jeans are on the outside, or crumpled up as I put my feet in. I tried these at Crufts, such helpful folks there, and even someone there who said they have never bought anything else! So I ordered a pair from home and I love them. I'm saving up for some ankle boot ones for dog walking and days on the beach. x
Have really struggled to find comfy wellies for years due to blisters and bigger than average calves. These are comfy from 1st try on and only got more comfortable every time I wear them. I do wear two pairs of thin socks to avoid blisters but I'm sure I'll be able to drop to one thicker pair at some point. Can honestly recommend.
