SAVER DELIVERY

FREE for orders over £50

£3.99 for orders under £50

We offer free delivery for orders over £50. For orders under £50, we offer Saver delivery of £3.99 via Royal Mail Tracked. Orders will normally arrive between 3-5 working days. This applies only to mainland UK postal addresses. Delivery to the Scottish Highland can take between 5-6 working days to arrive. Any orders placed on a weekend or after 2pm on a Friday, will mean your order will be dispatched on the Monday.

If you are not at home to accept the delivery, Royal Mail may deliver your item to a safeplace at the address without a specific instruction from you.

STANDARD DELIVERY

£4.99 for all orders

Orders will normally arrive between 1-3 working days via Royal Mail 24 delivery of £4.99. Orders will need to be placed before 2pm Mon - Fri. This applies only to mainland UK postal addresses. Delivery to the Scottish Highland can take between 3-4 working days to arrive. Any orders placed on a weekend or after 2pm on a Friday, will mean your order will be dispatched on the Monday.

If you are not at home to accept the delivery, Royal Mail may deliver your item to a safeplace at the address without a specific instruction from you.

EXPRESS DELIVERY  

£7.99 for all orders

Orders will normally arrive the next working day at a cost of £7.99. This applies only to mainland UK postal addresses. To ensure next working day delivery, orders need to be placed before 3pm Mon - Fri. Next day delivery to the Scottish Highland can take between 3-4 working days to arrive.

Working Days are Mon - Fri excluding bank holidays.

TRACKING ORDERS

As soon as your order is dispatched, you will receive an email from the courier with your tracking number. The tracking number will take you to the courier's website to track your parcel. 

TIMING OF ORDERS

We are committed to getting your order processed and dispatched as soon as possible. We have 3 delivery options available and depending on which option you have chosen, your parcel can be delivered from the next working day to up to 5 working days. 

DELIVERY ATTEMPTS

As soon as your order is dispatched, you will receive an email from the courier with your tracking number.

The courier will always try to deliver items on the first attempt, this may include leaving it at the property in a safeplace or with a neighbour. You will be able to view and edit delivery options via the email you receive from the courier.

After the first missed delivery, the courier may try to redeliver the next working day or they will return the item back to their location and leave a card offering alternative options. 

REMOTE AREAS

Delivery to remote areas can take an extra 1-2 days. Local weather conditions can also affect delivery time.

At this time, we ship orders to mainland UK, Northern Ireland & Scottish Highlands. Unfortunately we are unable to ship to the Channel Islands, Isle of Man and BFPO addresses. 

BANK HOLIDAY DELIVERY

Please expect a slight delay over UK bank holidays. Orders will be fulfilled on the next working day and will take between 3-5 working days to be delivered.  

DELIVERIES OF MULTIPLE ITEMS

If you order more than one item, they could be dispatched from different locations and therefore arrive at different times. You will receive dispatch notifications from the courier with tracking for each individual parcel.

The tracking number will take you to the courier's website to check the whereabouts of your parcel.
