GIFT WITH CONFIDENCE 

Order by 16th December (Free Saver Delivery) or 7pm on 19th December (Express Delivery) to get your gifts on time.

FREE SAVER DELIVERY (within 3-4 days)

  • Free Delivery on all orders. 
  • Delivery takes place Monday to Saturday (excluding bank holidays). 
  • Deliveries may take longer for non-UK mainland postcodes and remote locations or during busy sale periods.

EXPRESS DELIVERY  

  • £5.99 Delivery on all orders. 
  • Place your order before 7pm Monday to Thursday for next day delivery (excluding bank holidays). 
  • Place your order anytime Friday and Saturday or before 5pm Sunday for Monday delivery (excluding bank holidays). 
  • Deliveries to outlying areas (e.g. Highlands) and Northern Ireland will take 2-3 days.

TRACKING ORDERS

As soon as your order is dispatched, you will receive an email from the courier with your tracking number. The tracking number will take you to the courier's website to track your parcel. 

DELIVERY ATTEMPTS

As soon as your order is dispatched, you will receive an email from the courier with your tracking number.

The courier will always try to deliver items on the first attempt, this may include leaving it at the property in a safeplace or with a neighbour.

After the first missed delivery, the courier may try to redeliver the next working day or they will return the item back to their location and leave a card offering alternative options.  

Please report any parcel that has not been received within 30 days of the dispatch date. Failure to do so would mean that this would not qualify for investigation or enter into the claims process as per the delivery company's terms and conditions of delivery. 

REMOTE AREAS

Delivery to remote areas can take an extra 1-2 days. Local weather conditions can also affect delivery time.

At this time, we ship orders to mainland UK and Northern Ireland. Unfortunately, we are unable to ship to the Channel Islands, Isle of Man, Scottish Highlands, and BFPO addresses at this time.  

DELIVERIES OF MULTIPLE ITEMS

If you order more than one item, they could be dispatched from different locations and therefore arrive at different times. You will receive dispatch notifications from the courier with tracking for each individual parcel.

The tracking number will take you to the courier's website to check the whereabouts of your parcel.
