To redeem seeds, sign in and go to the Rewards dashboard, located on the 'Rewards' button on the bottom left hand corner of the screen. Redeem seeds by clicking on the "Ways to redeem".
Yes, seeds expire.
If you have been inactive/not purchased for the past 12 months (i.e. no earning or spending of seeds) then your seeds balance will be set back to zero.
Tier status resets every 12 months from when a new membership starts.
You can find your seeds balance on the Rewards dashboard, located on the 'Rewards' button on the bottom left hand corner of the screen.
No, seeds cannot be added to your account retroactively.
You can earn seeds on all future purchases when logged into your account and shopping.
Rewards cannot be exchanged or returned for another product or service or a monetary refund.
Rewards may not be combined with any other vouchers or promotion.
You can cancel your account at any time.
