OUR RETURNS POLICY

We want you to be happy with your purchase. If they aren’t quite right, you may return them within 30 days of receiving it.

START YOUR RETURN

To make returns easy (and affordable), we offer a discounted flat rate of £5.99 per return.

You’ll need:

  • Your order number
  • The email address used to place the order
  • Your postcode
  • Your returns note

Your order number can be found on your invoice and order confirmation email.

HOW TO RETURN

  1. Complete the Returns Form
    Fill in the A6 Returns Form included in your parcel. Just so you know, we do not offer free returns - this form is for internal use only and should not be used as a returns label.

  2. Pack your items securely
    Place the completed Returns Form inside your parcel with the items you are returning. Please package everything securely to help keep it protected in transit.

  3. Start your return online
    Click START YOUR RETURN. The returns portal will guide you through arranging your return and creating your returns label.

  4. Send it back to us
    Take your parcel to your chosen drop-off point with the returns label attached to the outer packaging. Please keep your proof of postage and tracking number until your refund has been processed.

Once we receive your return, please allow up to 14 days for it to be processed. We will keep you updated by email and by SMS if you add your mobile number in the portal.

RETURNS FROM OUTSIDE MAINLAND UK

If you are returning your order from outside the mainland UK, please return your order using the steps below, as our online returns portal is not currently available for these locations.

  1. Complete the Returns Form by circling your reason for return.
  2. Place the completed form inside your parcel.
  3. Write the returns address clearly on the outer packaging.
  4. Send your parcel using a tracked service with your preferred courier.
  5. Keep your proof of postage and tracking number until your refund has been processed.

RETURN CONDITIONS

To ensure your return is accepted, items must be returned:

  • Unworn, unused and unwashed
  • In their original packaging
  • With all tags and labels intact
  • With any free gifts included
  • In a resable condition

You are welcome to try your items on at home, but footwear must only be tried on indoors. Once footwear has been worn outside, it is considered used and cannot be returned.

Please also take care with the original packaging. Do not stick labels directly onto the branded shoe box, write on it, or damage it. 

We are unable to accept returns that do not meet the above conditions.

EXCHANGES

Unfortunately, we do not currently offer exchanges. Please return your item for a refund and place a new order online.

REFUNDS

Your refund will be processed within 14 days of your item/s being received, verified, and checked. A confirmation email is sent when the refund has been processed. Please allow 5 to 7 working days for a refund to be reflected in your account, as this depends on your bank’s processes. We appreciate your patience while we work to process your return.

RETURNING WRONG/ FAULTY ITEM

In the unlikely event that you receive a faulty or the wrong item, please contact help@muckbootcompany.co.uk. To help us investigate this quicker, please include the order number, the name of the item, a description and images of the fault.

Please do not return your item before contacting us, as we are unable to refund any return postage costs. Please do not attempt to fix or repair the item, as this will invalidate your warranty.

We comply fully with the Consumer Rights Act, providing:

Your order is returned within 30 days from receipt of your order.
Your order is returned suitable for resale in the original box with all labels and packaging in place.

If you did not purchase directly from www.muckbootcompany.co.uk, please contact the retailer you purchased from who will be happy to assist you further. We are unable to influence third-party policies as they are responsible under the Sale of Goods Act.

RETURNS BY POST

We’re always here to help, but our warehouse can’t accept visitors - it’s a working site and not open to the public. To ensure your return is safe and trackable, we recommend posting it via a courier of your choice.

BUY WITH CONFIDENCE

If the price of your item drops on www.muckbootcompany.co.uk within 7 days of placing your order, we'll honour the difference. Simply drop us an email with your order number and proof (a photo of the lower price and the date) to help@muckbootcompany.co.uk. Please ensure the items are identical (same style, size, and colour) for the refund to apply.
