Can I cancel or change my order?

We are committed to getting your order processed and dispatched as soon as possible. Soon after your order is placed, it immediately goes into the fulfilment process, and you may not be able to cancel or adjust the details on the order.

Please contact us immediately on our customer services number +44 (0) 1452 886 201 and we will attempt to intercept it. If we are unable to intercept it, you may return unworn products within 14 days from receipt of goods.

When your order and payment goes through, you will be directed to a confirmation page. You will then receive an order confirmation email. It could take up to 20 minutes for the email to reach your inbox depending on your email provider. If you do not receive the email, please check your spam folder.

As soon as your order is dispatched, you will receive an email from either Royal Mail or DPD with your tracking number. The tracking number will take you to www.royalmail.com or www.dpd.co.uk to check the whereabouts of your parcel.

I’VE RECEIVED THE WRONG ITEM

If you believe you have received the wrong item or an item in the incorrect size or colour, please contact help@muckbootcompany.co.uk. To help us investigate this quicker, please include the order number, images of the item you have received and an image of the inside label.

WHAT TO DO IF MY ITEM IS FAULTY?

In the unlikely event that you receive a faulty item, please contacthelp@muckbootcompany.co.uk. To help us investigate this quicker, please include the order number, the name of the item, a description and images of the fault.

Please do not return your item before contacting help@muckbootcompany.co.uk as we are unable to credit postage costs. Please do not attempt to fix or repair the item as this will invalidate your warranty.

WHY HAS MY ORDER BEEN CANCELLED?

On occasion, we might find that the item you ordered is no longer available. In the rare occurrence that this happens, we will sadly have to cancel your order and issue a full refund. Your refund will show in your bank account within 5 to 7 working days as this depends on your bank’s processes.

You will receive an email notification with details of the cancellation.

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO RECEIVE MY ORDER?

Saver Delivery normally takes 3-5 working days for mainland UK postal addresses.

Standard Delivery normally takes 1-3 working days for mainland UK postal addresses. Orders will need to be placed before 2pm Mon - Fri. Delivery to the Scottish Highland can take between 3-4 working days to arrive.

Express Delivery will normally arrive the next working day. This applies only to mainland UK postal addresses. To ensure next working day delivery, orders need to be placed before 3pm Mon - Fri. Next day delivery to the Scottish Highland can take between 3-4 working days to arrive.

ARE MUCK BOOTS WATERPROOF?

Absolutely! Our boots are fully lined with neoprene making them 100% waterproof to the top.

WHAT MAKES MUCK BOOTS SO GREAT?

IT'S ALL IN THE DESIGN. ALL MUCK® BOOTS ARE 100% WATERPROOF KEEPING FEET WARM, DRY AND PROTECTED IN HARSH WEATHER AND MESSY WORKING CONDITIONS.

THE SECRET: Our exclusive, self-insulating, waterproof NEOPRENE shell construction.

The NEOPRENE bootie material acts as a "neutral medium" between inside and outside temperatures. Naturally lightweight, and very comfortable, the material keeps the foot and lower leg warm and protected in cold and wet conditions.

Natural rubber overlays act as a protective skin for the upper bootie. The upper has a triple-reinforced toe area and quadruple-reinforced heel area. The outsole is made of high abrasion natural rubber. The rubber in the boots will stay flexible for years.

Once you’ve tried on a pair of Mucks, you won’t find the same level of comfort in other wellies.

THE STYLE I LIKE IS OUT OF STOCK, WHAT CAN I DO?

We are working hard to restock so that we can keep everyone's feet warm and dry.

We have launched a back in stock notification. On the product page, please select the size you require and an ‘Email when available’ button will show to submit your request. Once the style/ size you need is back in stock, you will receive an automatic email to notify you.

It's also worth checking our website regularly as we sometimes receive returns which will be made available for purchase.

WHERE CAN I RECYCLE MY OLD WELLIES?

We are working on partnering with a recycling company for rubber wellington boots – watch this space! In the meantime, please drop old wellies to your local recycling centre or read about our upcycling ideas here.

ARE YOUR INSOLES REMOVABLE?

Yes, all Muck Boot wellies have removable insoles should you wish to use customised insoles.

Size & Fit

WHAT'S IMPORTANT ABOUT MEASUREMENTS?

TIPS FOR MEASUREMENT

Measure your feet regularly as they can change shape and size over time. Different styles use different lasts in construction therefore sizing may vary with a new style. Feet are 3-dimensional, any measuring device can only approximate your true size.

HOW ARE THE BOOTS SIZED?

SIZE v FIT? Everyone’s feet are individual, and we know correctly fitting boots are important. Remember SIZE and FIT are different and any size guide can only be indicative. Fit is affected by the style, last and manufacturing technique used. In most instances our UK sizing runs true but using our measuring guide will help direct you to the right choice.

The correct fit allows for room in the toe box (your feet get longer flatter and wider when under load) and no heel slip. Too big and the heel slip risks damage to you and the boot. Too small and you risk black and bruised toes as they hit the end of the boot.

Most people who wear half sizes choose to size up for a comfortable fit. Women’s styles are specifically built on a women’s last, which has a slightly slimmer foot shape to men’s styles. Our unisex styles are built on a men’s last and are slightly roomier than our women’s styles.

DO YOUR BOOTS COME IN HALF SIZES?

Currently all Muck Boots are offered in full sizes. Most people who wear half sizes choose to size up for a comfortable fit.

HOW ARE UNISEX STYLES SIZED?

Unisex styles are built on men's last. For ladies with wider feet, we would recommend our unisex styles as they tend to be roomier than women's styles.

DO YOU HAVE BOOTS THAT FIT WIDE FEET?

Our boots come in standard width D.

I HAVE WIDER CALVES, WHICH WELLY WILL SUIT ME?

Neoprene has several features that lend it to making boots – waterproof, self-insulating, breathable, shock-absorbing, flexible, and exceptionally comfortable. However, its stretch-ability also means we can accommodate a range of calf shapes and sizes than regular boots. We also have a collection of mid-height wellington boots that offer all the style and practical benefits of our wider calf wellies, but with a lower cut that many find more comfortable.

MY HEELS ARE SLIPPING IN MY BOOTS. WHAT CAN I DO?

While we have invested heavily in our shape and sizing, our boots often do not have a lacing system to customise the fit. If your boots slip at the heel, placing heel grips inside will help secure your foot and minimise wear to the neoprene lining.

Care

HOW DO I CARE FOR MY BOOTS?

Your new boots are constructed with high-grade natural rubber. As a natural material, it is important your rubber boots are maintained and stored appropriately to prolong their life.

For leather products, we would recommend cleaning with a damp cloth, and use a stiff shoe brush to remove stubborn dirt. Nourish the leather to keep them supple and resistant to water penetration.

CAN THE RUBBER BE REPAIRED?

For minor punctures, the natural rubber can be repaired with sealant found in local hardware stores. We recommend Stormsure Flexible Adhesive. First, clean the punctured area thoroughly with mineral spirits. Then, apply the sealant over affected area and wipe to a thin film. The sealant should air dry for at least 24 hours. Please note any alterations, repairs or modifications not performed by us will invalidate the limited warranty.

Our products are manufactured to the highest standard and quality checked throughout the process, and again prior to leaving the factory. We offer a limited one-year warranty for products purchased through our website www.muckbootcompany.co.uk.
