To be honest I wasn’t expecting much but found to my delight that these wellingtons are brilliant. I have been through thick mud , puddles and really put them to the test.

I am getting used to them and I love the non slip sole however they hurt my shins. I am going to get some welly socks and see if they help. Glad I got them with a discount otherwise I would of really been upset

These boots are really sturdy and clearly high quality. They are very broad on the calf and did not feel secure on the foot. The molded footbed felt as though it’d be uncomfortable for walking in which is what I’d bought them for. I was disappointed to find that the company doesn’t offer free returns and it costs me almost £20 to return such heavy boots.

I walk the fields with my dog everyday and my wellies just don’t have enough support for my feet to walk well in them for several miles. My new muck boots have a good solid sole that supports my feet and allows me to walk in a similar gait to wearing walking boots. I’m delighted with them.

Got these to replace my chore boots. They were on sale and chore boot no longer available. They are very durable. I expect good things from them in cooler months because they are almost too warm for summer.

I am pleased with the boots. They are stylish and functional at the same time. I saw the same style on a stranger and thought they looked so cute. We shared a laugh about having the same boots. The fit was perfect. My normal size is 7, I purchased a 7, and they fit comfortably with wool socks. I gave four stars because I specifically bought them for ice, and they are not as skid-proof as I would have liked. That said, they are perfect for sloppy spring weather, with alternating warming and freezing temperatures. I have other Muck boots and have always been pleased with their quality.

I purchased the Arctic Ice Vibrams to replace the exact same pair which I had worn for 3 winters. I get 3-4 walks daily with my border collie plus they are worn for every trip outdoors in winter. The Vibram soles are the best on slippery terrain. My last pair cracked along the top of the heel where you turn your ankle. Otherwise they are in great condition. If these boots could be strengthened at the top of the heel they would last a very long time. The Vibram soles make these an excellent purchase and wearable in any conditions.

Fantastic boot for rainy, muddy days. I take mine on dog walks, they bear up very well. Only issue for me is that after 3 miles my feet stary to ache - this may be a personal issue as the innersole does feel very comfy at first! I'd recommend these to anyone who needs a rugged shoe that'll go far, you can take off in a trice and that will hopefully last a long time

Overall these are really great boots. I have bunions and so often have a lot of trouble finding boots that don't bother my feet and these ones are very comfortable. So far totally waterproof, great grip on snow and ice. I gave 4 stars because they are not very warm. I had to stand around on snow for about 2 hours in only -2c and me feet got very cold so I can't imagine they'd be much fun in the -40c that they're rated for

These are my second pair of Muck boots and by far the most comfortable. No rubbing and they are a really good fit. The only thing you need to get used to is they are a little heavy at first. The grip is really good especially in the slippery mud when out on dog walks.

I find them difficult to get on and off and can only wear light socks with them. They are a little bit heavier than I expected I'm 70 so can't walk too far in them and were tiring on the beach. But they are for winter and the farm so not unhappy

The one drawback has been after wearing them in snow for two days the top rim of the neoprene upper made both shins quite sore. I'm working on stretching them ready for the next snow.

My boots arrived just as the snow and ice came and they were perfect for walking my dogs. My feet were warm and I felt confident walking in the snow and on the icy grass. Only thing I’d change would be to wear my ski socks with the thicker shin area - I’ve got skinny legs and the shorter boot was banging against my shin when I walked as I only had on ankle socks and leggings! I’ve now got 4 different pairs of muck boots for every type of dog walking weather! I bought a pair of the short vibram soled boots for my daughter too while they were on sale and they’re perfect for her as well.

Do not go up a size, ignore the 'advise' on the website. Visit a store where you can try the footwear on, as the advice for half sizes to go up a size will leave you with way too much room. There is still no free returns process which is a bit disappointing these days. Also, this is really wide at the calf.

I have about five pairs of various assorted muck boots. Some lightweight and for summer long and short. Same for winter. All alternatives are poor in comparison. No blisters. Walk for over an hour with dog every day.

I've had two Muck Boots products before. I decided to have different styles. The reason I bought the most recent was for the Arctic grip. So far that's not been applicable. I can wear them 12hours no probs - so comfortable.

Size was perfect. I can wear thin socks or double up and my boots fit perfectly. I'm got the winter boots to wear for most of the year. When looking at boots it was between mucks and blundstones. Mucks came highly recommended from a friend who had theirs for 4 years. Another told me if I got blundstones I would have to break them in and they were a tight fit. (Not the easiest to get off, as well as they are pricier than mucks). So these were a good choice and after wearing them every day since I've got them...I'm still smiling! Yes, they are easy to slip on and off! I have not had the chance to try out the traction yet...

I ordered my first pair of Mucks not knowing sizing or what to expect. I normally wear a 7.5/8 depending on the shoe so basically I would go for an 8 just incase always but that wasn't an option so when reading reviews I sized down because I can wear 7.5 also so I got a 7 I was so nervous for them to come in and they fit perfectly! Even with thin socks they're a tiny bit loose! Thank god I didn't have to send them back!!! They are so comfortable my first day I wore them no snow or ice to pick up dog poop because I loved them so much.. all and all would purchase again no doubt can't wait to try them on a freezing day!

I have used these boots for a few weeks now and at first they were stiff until I broke them in and now they fit perfect with my boot socks and my feet are usually to wide for lady's boot and these fit perfect, I'm a size 9 and a half and the size 9 fit great with a little room still. I have tried them on wet and dry ice and they are amazing no slipping, they keep my feet warm and dry but when it's really cold I find I have to keep walking to keep my feet warm and they also need to be on the boot dryer every night other wise they are damp the next day but they don't take long to dry. They are also very comfortable and I can be in them all day, I would say I love these boots and I'm 100% satisfied
