This boot was sold to me as ‘Unisex’ size 4 but when it arrived it says ‘Mens’ on the inside of the boot and was far too big for me around both the calf and the ankle. Still waiting for Muck Boots to give me an answer/refund for these missold wellies. Not happy at all

The reason I haven't given these boots a 5-star rating is that they are enormous around the calf. When I walk the sides on each leg actually knock together. I'm hoping this will improve once they've been really worn in. I would also recommend sizing down unless you're going to be wearing very thick socks.

Not a tall boot but fine. Slightly shorter than my old Barbours. Nice flexible rubber making them comfortable. Some people have commented about the neck of the boots being wide, I actually really liked them like this, makes it easier to pop on and off. Not sure how long they’ll last as there doesn’t seem to be a great deal of tread.

Way too big I’m sure I could get 2 feet in 1 boot! So sloppy I had blisters within minutes of wearing them but wouldn’t have known this without wearing them and you would not let me return them! Do not buy these!

Bought these to replace a pair from another brand that was 3x more expensive and didn't last very long before splitting behind both big toes where the boot flexes as you walk - which I think most boots are supposed to be designed for..... The Muck boots feel like they are made from a better quality rubber - heavier and feel less like plastic - so I'm hopeful these will last much longer. The Muck boots are very roomy around the foot and ankle although the length feels exactly right for me - I do have a narrow foot. I may experiment with insoles.... but may not bother as they are fine really!

Bought these as a durable, cheap alternative to my neoprene-lined Aigles, which can be a real struggle to get off tired legs/feet.
They’re brilliant. Lightweight and comfortable for stomping about the farm, and sooo easy to slip on and off!
They rub at the heel a little, but I forgive them this. Probably still stick to the neoprene boots for long distance walking.
But delighted these do the job I need them to.

Great boots, as warm around the foot as the insulated calf version but a lot lighter. My only issue is the moulded part of the heel that is great for helping you take them off is not so good when walking on a beach (my main dog walk) or in the wet. It may just be my walking action, I do walk fast, but the heel seems to flick water and sand up the back of my legs. Particularly if the water is a couple of inches deep.Not ideal!

It’s a pair of wellies. Nothing posh. Just wellies. At least I can get them on and off without pulling a hamstring like the neoprene ones I had. I tore the heel getting them off using a welly jack. Hence buying these. They do the job.

the boots are lovely but the calf space is far too large of a size 12 woman I can get my fist in the space between the leg and the boot. I thought buying directly from Muck would be better but just found out the returns are NOT free so not so good next time I'll go via Amazon.

have a current pair of size 5 muck boots, these in the same size were significantly smaller and cost me almost £16 to send back, very dissappointed as love my existing pair but they are about worn out. Won't risk another pair by mail order though, return postage is too much!

Not as good in the mud as the originals, left of photo. Self cleaning of the shallower tread is not as good. Nice comfortable fit and well made. Shall use them for summer wet walks.

I rarely write reviews if asked to but these boots are really rather good value . Due to the constant flooding of fields and tracks I had to abandon my hiking boots for awhile . Neoprene muck boots were too heavy for me but these are a great compromise . For a value boot they are well made and give a supportive fit. Also true to size.

These boots are just what I was looking for, for warmer weather, our land is clay soil and can be very wet after rain and i don't always need arctic boots.

Bought a pair of boots size bigger to wear it with warm sock. Of course they were small to me even with cotton sock. Have to return on my expense as customer service refused to accept that manufacture should be responsible for an indication of a untrue size.
At the end got a different style which fits.

Already have a pair of muck boots,size eleven. So ordered these for summer use as lighter than my old ones. Unfortunately they pinch my feet, feel more like tens. Getting them returned is awkward.

The shoe size is perfect and very comfortable, but as with most things…if you’re tall or need bigger sizes…your calf’s must be massive. The top of the boot flops around against the back of your leg! For this reason I am returning, which is a shame as the foot section was really comfortable.

I sought advise from CS on sizing as I'm a womans 5UK and measured bang on 25cm... with socks I was 25.4cm and advised to definitely get the size 7 - this was massive! I then ordered a size 6 and it was fine with room! So do buy your normal size! Otherwise you'll have to pay the heavty postage back! The wellies themselves are great!
