The Muck® Boots UK Grow Your Rewards Programme (the “Programme”) is a loyalty reward programme offered by Muck Boot UK (the “Company”, “us”, “our” or “we”) to certain customers of the Company. The Programme is accessible through (the “Programme Website”) and any other related sites and applications referred to on the Programme Website including without limitation (the “Explainer Page”).

The Programme allows persons who have completed the membership enrolment steps (each, a “Programme Member” or “Member”) in accordance with the present Terms and Conditions to collect points when making purchases of items and performing online activities identified from time to time by the Company (“Eligible Purchases”), and to redeem these points for rewards, benefits and/or rebates offered by the Company from time to time.

Members acquire no vested or accrued right or entitlement to the continued availability of any particular reward, benefit, redemption or membership level. Muck Boot UK reserves the right to revoke, terminate, suspend, or modify the Programme and any and all rewards, benefits, points, redemptions or levels related thereto in its sole discretion with no prior notice.


The terms and conditions set forth herein (the “Terms & Conditions”, and together with any terms set forth on the Programme Website, the Explainer Page, and any other terms accessible through any of the foregoing, collectively the “Programme Terms”) govern the Programme. The Company in its sole discretion can restrict, suspend, amend, extend, or otherwise alter the Programme Terms at any time and without prior notice. If the Programme Terms have been updated, the Company will post the new Programme Terms on the Programme Website and note the date that they were last updated, and no change will be effective until such change has been posted for at least ten (10) days. We encourage Members to review the Programme Terms each time they use the Programme.


Free membership

No purchase is necessary to obtain membership in the Programme, but you must establish an account on the Programme Website. Please see our Privacy & Cookie Policy, to understand how information you provide us will be used. This Programme is void where prohibited.


In order to be eligible for the Programme you must be located within the United Kingdom and create an account as outlined in these Terms and Conditions. If you choose to create an account.

Account security

In order to enrol in the Programme, you will have to register and create an Account with us and provide first and last names, email address, and password (together, “ID”). You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your ID. You agree not to use the ID of any third party or disclose your ID to any third party. You are responsible for any and all activity that occurs on your Account. If you suspect any unauthorised use of your Account, you must notify us immediately. You agree to provide us with correct and complete Account information at all times and inform us of any changes to the information you have provided. We will keep your ID confidential. We are not liable for any unauthorised access to your account that is not occasioned by the activities of Muck Boot UK. You may only have one member account per person. Persons who are discovered to have more than one account forfeit their points and will be unsubscribed from the Programme.

How to enrol

Visit and become a registered user of the Programme by hitting ‘Join now’. You will be asked for your first and last name, your email address, and a password. Once you have submitted the requisite information, you will be sent an email to the address you listed to verify your membership.

How to access or change member information

You must keep your personal information on your Account updated. To do so, click on the "Sign in" button in the main navigation and access your account by entering your registered email address and current password. From your dashboard you can access your account information and review your order history.

How to cancel membership

You may cancel your account at any time. To cancel your account, please send an email to and write “cancel Rewards Programme membership” in the subject line. The email must come from the account currently listed on our servers as being associated with your Programme Account. If you no longer have access to that email address, please email us at the beforementioned address and we will verify your status and cancel your account. Upon cancellation, you are no longer a member and any unused points accrued in your account will be forfeited and cannot be redeemed. Points maintain their value only on valid accounts in good standing, and except as otherwise provided here for redemption, have no cash value outside of their redemption value on the Site.

Suspension rights

If we determine that a Programme Member has abused any of the Programme’s privileges, fails to comply with any of the Programme Terms, or makes any misrepresentation to the Company, the Company may, in its sole discretion, take such actions as it deems appropriate, including without limitation, suspending such Member’s privileges under the Programme, revoking any or all of the points in such Programme Member’s Account, and/or revoking the Programme Member’s membership in the Programme, in each case, with or without advance notice to the Member and without liability to the Company.

Points will not be awarded if in the Company’s reasonable opinion the merchandise purchased will be used for resale or commercial use and any points awarded on such purchases will be forfeited. If a Member was awarded points for an offer or promotion in which a Member purchased product(s) in excess of reasonable quantities, the points awarded as a result of that offer or promotion may be forfeited without prior notice and the Account may be suspended or closed.

Unless further restricted elsewhere in the Programme Terms, Membership is only available to individuals above the age of majority and who have legal capacity. If a Member does not meet the capacity requirements set out above, all points awarded to such Member may be forfeited without prior notice and the Account may be suspended or closed.

Membership tiers and expiration

The Programme includes 4 membership tiers that each come with their own set of perks and added rewards as specified on the Explainer Page. Each tier and their accompanying benefits are unlocked based on the spending on product purchases of the Member on in a period of one calendar year as follows:

Sprout, £0 spend
Seedling, £200 spend
Budding, £400 spend
Flower, £800 spend

A Member's spend within one calendar year determines a Member's tier for that year and the following calendar year. For example, a Member spends £200 to reach the Seedling tier in November of 2022. The Member will enjoy the benefits of the Seedling tier for the rest of 2022 and all of 2023. During 2023, a Member will have to spend the qualifying amount, £200 for the Seedling tier, to re-qualify for the Seedling tier in 2023. If the Member does not, the Member's tier will be recalculated based on the amount that the Member has spent.

Referrer rewards

The Member (referrer) is offered a £20 discount code on their next purchase when the referral friend places an order for the first time.

a. Qualifying conditions

i. The Member will qualify for the £20 discount code if the referral friend used the personal link sent to them from the Member account and if the referral friend makes a qualifying purchase with the £20 discount code provided to them.

ii. The discount codes apply to purchases with a minimum spend of £75 made through only. The discount does not apply to items on Sale and to delivery fees.

iii. For the referral to qualify, the referral friend must be a new customer to If the referral friend has checked out as a guest before, or entered their email in any capacity they will not be able to use the referral link (as they will already have an email associated with their name) and will therefore not be eligible.

iv. The referral friend has 6 months to redeem the discount code. Once redeemed, the Member will receive their own discount code which will expire within 30 days of receipt. The discount code cannot be combined with other discount codes in a single order.

Earning points

a. General way to earn points

Points (also referred to as ‘Seeds’) can be earned by Programme Members in connection with purchases of products made through as set forth on the Explainer Page, regardless of method of payment, provided that the Member was logged in with their Programme Account during purchase.

b. Earning rate

Members in the ‘Sprout’, ‘Seedling’ and ‘Budding’ Tiers will earn 1 point for every £1 spent on qualifying purchase.

‘Flower’ Tier will earn 3 points for every £1 spent on qualifying purchase.

The Member must be logged into the website to earn points. Points are based on the order subtotal, after any discounts, only.

Points are rounded down to the nearest whole number. For example, if you spend £9.99, you will receive 9 points. Calculation is as follows: £9.99 x 1 points per £1 = 9.99 points, which is rounded down to 9 points.

c. How to earn points

Points will be added to your Account under the following conditions and will generally show up immediately.

i. You are eligible to receive points one time for the following actions:

Joining the Programme through a pre-existing or newly registered account
Liking Muck Boot UK’s Facebook page
Following Muck Boot’s Instagram page

ii. You are eligible to receive points multiple times for the following actions:

Making purchases (no limit)
Celebrating a birthday (once per year, must be entered at least 30 days in advance to receive birthday seeds)
Sharing Muck Boot related content on Facebook (once per month)

iii. You can receive points multiple times in points promotions on the Site that may show up from time to time.

d. Exclusion

Members earn points only on the purchase price of qualifying online products on Calculation of points excludes payment by the Member for delivery costs. Points will not be earned on any discounts or other credits offered in connection with a product or service. For example, if a product that is normally £100 is on promotion for £75, a Member will only earn points on the purchase price of £75. Redemption of vouchers, and any type of price adjustments, including returns, or partial returns are not eligible for points. All purchases made: (i) by a Member prior to such member joining the Programme, (ii) Online without a Member being logged onto the Website are not eligible for any point credit. Any purchases made of Muck Boot products outside of are not valid for point accrual.

e. Returns/ Order cancellations

Points earned for a purchase that is then the subject of a return, partial return, cancellation or declined payment card will be deducted from the Member’s account in an amount equal to the points earned for the original transaction.

The points value of rewards used on an order, that is later cancelled, returned, or partially returned will be transferred back to the Member’s account, and may be used again for new reward redemptions.

f. Points promotions

From time to time, Muck Boot UK may run certain points promotions. Under points promotions, Members can earn additional points in connection with the purchase of certain online products or completing certain online activities. When you purchase these specially marked products, complete one of these actions, or make the purchase during a points promotion period, you will earn additional points as specified in the offer. Points promotions are subject to the terms and conditions of the offer and may be offered at any time in Muck Boot UK’s sole discretion.

g. Limitations on Points

If you redeem points towards the purchase of a product and pay a portion of the retail price after the point's redemption, you will receive points only on the leftover retail amount you pay, and not on any value attributed to the point you used. If you redeem points towards the purchase of a product in an amount equal to the full price of the product, you will not earn any points. As an example: If a Member purchases a £100 product and applies a £25 off rewards discount code to the order, the Member will receive 75 points (£75 * 1 = 75).

h. Points value

Points have no cash value and are not exchangeable for cash. The accumulation of points does not entitle the Programme Members to any vested rights, and the Company does not guarantee in any way the continued availability of any reward, redemption level, rebate or any other benefit. The Company assumes no liability to Members as regards the addition or deletion of items from or for which points can be collected and/or redeemed.

i. Transferability

Points cannot be assigned, exchanged, traded, bartered, purchased, or given by gift or otherwise sold. Any points so acquired are void. For the avoidance of doubt, such prohibited transfers include transfers upon operation or law upon the death of a Member. Points are nonredeemable for cash, are non-refundable.

Redeeming points

a. How to use points

Points must be used on items specified in the Programme reward redemption list. Points may only be used Online at

Redemption of points towards purchases of products is subject to product availability. Any rewards discounts that are applied to the order, will be returned in its original point value to the Member account when completing a return. Any reward around discounts to items or £ OFF can only be applied to

b. How to redeem your points

Before you begin your check out, sign into your Member account. Select “Ways to redeem” from the “Rewards” dashboard, located on the “Rewards” button on the bottom left hand corner of the screen. You will be issued a custom rewards redemption discount code on the Page and in your Email that you can copy and paste into the promotion code field in your bag during check out (Please note - only one code can be used). Your total payment amount will be discounted by the value of the custom rewards redemption discount code. Delivery costs are the responsibility of the Member and points may not be used to discount these additional costs.

c. Exclusions

Only one account per person. Only one discount code can be redeemed per transaction. Rewards redemption discount codes may not be combined with any other discount codes and are only valid on full-priced items. Points may not be transferred or gifted at this time. Points cannot be used on past purchases. Points accumulated on different accounts by different members may not be combined or aggregated to make purchases of products or for any other reason. Points earned in a transaction cannot be redeemed in the same transaction. Redeemed points cannot be retroactively applied to any past order prior to the date of a Member joining or receive a price adjustment on any order where redeemed points were not applied. Points have no cash value outside of the website.

d. Point expiration and time lapse

All points acquired shall expire 365 days from the date the points are added to the Member’s account. Points expire 365 days from the date in which they were assigned to an account, regardless of point status (on hold, approved, etc.). For example, points earned on 1st July 2022 will expire at 12:01am BST 1st July 2023.

Sign up: points are added to a Member’s account instantly.
Order: points are added to a Member’s account when the order is placed.


a. Waiver

Every effort has been made to ensure that the information herein is correct. The Company is not responsible for any errors or omissions in printed copies of these Terms and Conditions nor those published from time to time on its website.

Any waiver by the Company of the strict observance, performance or compliance by a Member with any of the Terms and Conditions contained herein, either expressly granted or by course of conduct, shall be effective only in the specific instance and shall not be deemed to be a waiver of any rights or remedies of the Company as a result of any other failure to observe, perform or comply with the Terms and Conditions. No delay or omission by the Company in exercising any right or remedy hereunder shall operate as waiver thereof or of any other right or remedy.

In the event that any provision in these Terms and Conditions is determined to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, such determination shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any other remaining provisions of these Terms and Conditions.

b. Dispute resolution

Muck Boot UK may elect to resolve any controversy or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms and Conditions, the Programme, the Explainer Page, the Programme Website and any other Programme Terms or claims relating thereto by binding arbitration in accordance with the commercial arbitration rules of the London Court of International Arbitration. Any such controversy or claim shall be arbitrated on an individual basis and shall not be consolidated in any arbitration with any claim or controversy of any other party. The arbitration shall be conducted in London and judgment on the arbitration award may be entered in any court having jurisdiction thereof. Either you or we may seek any interim or preliminary relief from a Court of England & Wales, necessary to protect the rights or the property of you or Muck Boot UK (or its agents, suppliers, and subcontractors), pending the completion of arbitration.

c. Partner reward exception

If one of our business partners is declared bankrupt or is otherwise unable to fulfil its undertakings towards us or our Muck Boot UK members, retroactive claims cannot be made and we will determine how and if spent point on discount codes or products are transferred back to your point balance. This is entirely a matter for our discretion and no correspondence will be entered in to.
