Very disappointed....
I bought these boots in December 2022 and absolutely loved them, then within 4 months they started to split across the top. I contacted customer services to be told that is was considered normal wear and tear, which after 4 months at £200 a pair I didn't really think was fair.
If the durability of these boots were better, I would buy them again without fail. They are very comfortable and great for those walks through wet grass and it's too warm for wellies.
I've always had Muck Boots, but recently have been seen the price increase dramatically and the quality decrease at the same rate.
What happened to the great brand they used to be.....

Very good quality boot. Comfy from the word go and completely waterproof. Very happy

I love the boots and have always been very pleased with products from you

I love these, they're perfect for dog walking in the New Forest, which gets very muddy in the winter! I don't find normal wellingtons comfortable to walk in as I like support around my ankles and these fit the bill perfectly.
I also bought a bottle of rubber care as my last muckboots, the short zipped ones, cracked on the top and so let the water in. They'd lasted 2 years of 2+ hrs of daily winter walking, which was pretty good but I'm hoping these will last longer.

Love the weight of the boot, not heavy on your feet, great stability walking over slippery and rough outdoor areas

I read it comes up big so got size below but it would have been better in my normal size. Otherwise perfect

It’s a little small for my 4 1/2 even though the website says ‘women go down for half sizes’

Purchased for walking dogs. Exceptionally comfy from the outset. Warm. I have no doubts re waterproof abilities as have previously had Muckboot wellies. Always tend to walking boots for walking dogs and these only ever last a couple years before letting wet in. I hope these last as long and expect them to last longer. Got these and the zip version to compare but think these will have longevity over the zip.

Rubbed both of my heels raw on first (short) wear. Would advise wearing indoors to get used to / trial different socks before wearing outdoors. I didn't do this and left myself with no option but to persevere as I wore them outside and couldn't then return.
That aside, they are good and sturdy and now I'm getting used to them they are comfortable. They are very rigid and quite heavy which takes a little getting used to.

Great fit and comfortable for my partner. Very pleased

I bought these to walk the dog in wet weather; first time out they shredded both my heels. I would like to return them for a refund as I will never wear them again, but I've taken the labels off and have worn them (only once) on a 45 minute walk - a total waste of money!

I bought these to wear during the winter months for dog walking as nothing destroys walking boots more than wet grass. I have been very impressed with them so far, the grip is superb and the soles offer great cushioning for longer walks. The furthest I've walked in them so far is 15 miles, and for anyone who walks a lot, that's not the sort of distance I'd fancy doing in wellies. My only issue with them has been around the top of the boot, as there is no padding they rubbed and caused a couple of welts. This has been easily fixed though with a pair of boot cuffs I bought from Amazon (https://www.amazon.co.uk/gp/product/B07SL572GN/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_asin_title_o02_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1), I just tuck them over the top and no more welts.

Bought for dog walking in the cold weather. They've kept my feet nice and warm even in the frost. Would go a size up if you want to wear really thick socks though.

They were returned, 2 weeks ago, as they cold up very large, however still waiting for my refund!

I’ve been looking for years for a wellie style walking boots - finally I have found a pair! They do come up a little big but nothing an extra pair of socks doesn’t sort out! These boots are so comfortable and lightweight! So pleased - I’ve have been jumping in puddles!

Water proof, warm and well cushioned under foot .

Bought these for the winter months as I work outside and struggle to keep my feet warm and suffer from chilblains. Have worn them for the past 2 days(weather hasn't gone above freezing) and have to say they have kept my feet warm and comfortable. I'd say if you want to wear really thick socks to go up a size but was able to wear medium thick socks comfortably.

Lovely boots, stylish, and so comfortable. Absolutely recommend. Great for walking our dogs over all sorts of ground. No breaking in. Put on, and comfortable as ever.

Comfortable from the 1st wearing and dry feet on return for the first time in ages!

After struggling for years to find walking boots that are comfortable, and as I love my tall Muck Boots I decided to give them a try. They are perfect and I have worn them every day without a hint of discomfort. I absolutely love them!

I bought these for long dog walks in muddy lanes for winter, and they are surprisingly comfortable and light. They have kept my feet dry and don't feel 'chunky' being a welly-type boot. Very pleased with my purchase. I do use a boot jack to take them off for total ease but they are easy to put on though. Very happy to recommend.

These were a replacement for a lovely pair of Chelsea muck boots. Terribly uncomfortable to bed in blisters, very ridged for the price regretting ordering these

Look like a short wellington boot.

I do a lot of caving and go thru a lot of pair of boots. I love how these are flexible and give in the underground environment. They are also much easier to clean the mud off than traditional boots. I just bought my second pair!
