We’re excited to announce we’ve teamed up with Forestry England, as their first-ever National Wellbeing Partner, to celebrate the incredible impact nature has on our wellbeing.
Launching on World Mental Health Day (10th October), the collaboration is designed to create lasting impact by embedding shared values of outdoor adventure, community connection and wellbeing.

As part of the programme, Muck Boot will support across a number of wellbeing initiatives including:
• Tailored activity sessions for community groups.
• Projects and infrastructure improvements that reduce barriers to nature and create more inclusive, welcoming forest experiences.
For our first initiative 'What Are We Thankful to Our Forests For’, visitors to five of the Forestry England sites: Bedgebury, High Lodge, Beechenhurst/Forest of Dean, Salcey, and Delamere, will have the opportunity to enter a competition submitting their answers on a postcard, for a chance to win a pair of Muck Boots & goody bag, AND a Forestry England national membership.

You might be thankful for:
• The freedom to roam and explore.
• The puddles that make you feel like a child again.
• The trails that help you clear your head.
• The space to walk and talk with friends.
• The wildlife that surprises you along the way.
• The fresh air that clears your mind.
• The colours, sounds, and smells.
Muck Boot will also be donating boots to Forestry England’s Shadow Ranger Volunteers, who will wear them on muddy trails while promoting the wellbeing benefits of spending time outdoors. Throughout the year, Muck Boot will create moments that celebrate the joy and wellbeing benefits of spending time outdoors, whether that’s walking in nature, enjoying the outdoors throughout the seasons, or exploring with family and pets.
